We used traction maps, pressure maps and analyzed clay buildup areas for the design. Then we tested it on red-clay courts in Europe in multiple clay-weather conditions (cold, warm, wet and dry). Synthetic material around the lateral side helps keep your foot contained when moving side to side. Move Freely Extra rubber in the toe area, specifically the big-toe side, adds durability where it's needed. High-abrasion rubber along the outsole offers durability and traction. Zoom, Zoom A heel Air Zoom unit provides support while a forefoot Air Zoom unit adds a spring to your step.
