Return & Exchange Policy

We want customers to be confident when ordering from TCC Pro Shop. Please review the return and exchange policy below before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and product boxes included.

Apparel Returns

Apparel must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, odour, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Footwear Returns

Footwear must be unworn and returned in its original shoe box.

Shoes may be tried on indoors only. Shoes that show wear, outdoor use, scuffing, dirt, damage, or a damaged or missing shoe box will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Shoe sizes are listed in U.S. sizing. Men’s shoes are listed as US M and women’s shoes are listed as US W.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final sale items
Clearance items
Custom or personalized items
Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
Items missing original tags, packaging, or product boxes
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

International Orders

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by TCC Pro Shop at checkout unless specifically stated.

For U.S. and international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges related to the order or return.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are non-refundable.

International returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TCC Pro Shop reserves the right to refuse international returns where shipping, customs, duties, or product condition issues make the return impractical.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on product availability.

If the requested size, colour, or item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative product option.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error made by TCC Pro Shop.

Return Shipping

For most returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on your location and the details of the return, we may be able to provide a return shipping label. If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective item or an error made by TCC Pro Shop.

If the item you received is defective or incorrect due to an error by TCC Pro Shop, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may cover return shipping where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TCC Pro Shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process the return after it is received. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
