What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as final sale or clearance items, cannot be returned. If the item you received is defective or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and notify you.

Who pays for return shipping?

For most returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Since we are committed to keeping our prices as low as possible, this helps us continue offering great deals. However, if the item is defective or we made an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Custom or personalized items, as well as any items marked as final sale or clearance, are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, all items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description or photo of the issue, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the type of items in your order:

  • For in-stock items, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • For special order items, shipping may take 5-10 business days.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and special order items, we will ship everything together once the special order items are ready. This ensures you receive your complete order in one package. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
