Shipping Policy

TCC Pro Shop ships orders across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Shipping times and costs depend on the destination, product availability, and the type of items in your order. Please review the shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, product launches, seasonal sales, supplier delays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical estimated shipping times are:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days after processing
  • United States: 5–15 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the order details and delivery location.

If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout. Free shipping offers may be limited to specific regions, order values, or shipping methods.

U.S. and International Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.

Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and import fees are set by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. TCC Pro Shop does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be charged.

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or import fees required to receive their order.

In some cases, TCC Pro Shop may choose to assist with a portion of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or import fees as a courtesy. Any assistance is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Unless confirmed in writing by TCC Pro Shop, customers remain responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and import fees related to their order.

TCC Pro Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or import fees.

If a package is refused, abandoned, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or import fees, any refund or resolution will be reviewed case-by-case. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, import fees, and any related costs are non-refundable.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability, supplier timelines, or fulfillment location.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information will be provided where available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at proshop@tennisclubs.ca with your order number and details.

We will work with the carrier where possible, but delivery timelines and carrier delays are outside our direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

TCC Pro Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
